Two days. That is the whole warning this article needs to give you, because the current NADRA recruitment round closes on October 25 and federal openings with this little remaining time have a habit of being discovered by everyone except the people who needed them.
This round is small and senior leaning: technology leadership, a Lahore based director post, database security, an AI research role, and drivers. If any of those sound like your desk, stop reading the forwards and start reading the portal. Here is what is on offer, who fits, and the rules printed in the advertisements.
NADRA Jobs in the Current Round
The posts advertised in this round include:
- Chief Technology Officer, the senior most technology chair in the authority.
- Executive Director / Director General for the N@DIR directorate.
- Deputy Director (Governance, Risk Assessment and Compliance), based in the Lahore Region, a rare senior post outside Islamabad.
- Assistant Director (Database Security).
- Deputy Assistant Director (AI/ML Research Engineer).
- Driver posts.
NADRA adds and removes listings as rounds move, so treat this list as the shape of the round and check the careers portal for the live list on the day you apply. While you are on our site, the authority’s everyday services are covered in our NADRA Pak ID app guide, and commission posts in our PPSC jobs guide.

Who Can Apply for NADRA Jobs
Every post in this round is contractual for three years, extendable, with no entitlement to regularisation. Age limits are printed per post: the AI/ML Deputy Assistant Director caps at 30, the Assistant Director (Database Security) at 37, drivers at 40 with relaxation already included, and the Executive Director / Director General at 55.
Qualifications follow the chair. The database security post asks for a four year bachelor’s in computer science, IT, cyber security or a relevant field. The director general level expects a master’s, MS or MPhil in computer science, AI, data science or a related discipline. Drivers need a middle pass with an LTV or HTV licence and driving experience. Degrees must be HEC attested; un-attested paper is where otherwise strong files quietly die.

How to Apply Online for NADRA Jobs
Applications are online only, through the NADRA Careers Portal. There is no postal route and no walk in submission. Keep your CNIC, HEC attested degrees, experience certificates and a recent photograph ready before you start the form. Government employees need a valid NOC. Only shortlisted candidates are called, and no TA/DA is paid at any stage. Selected candidates later provide medical fitness and character certificates.
Beware of Fake NADRA Agents
A federal caution worth repeating in October: NADRA never takes money from candidates through agents, mobile wallets or personal accounts. If anyone offers you a confirmed NADRA seat for a fee, you are not looking at a shortcut. You are looking at a fraud.
The Clock Is the Real Eligibility Test
Most rounds fail people on merit. This one will fail more people on the calendar. October 25 is close enough that a portal slowdown or a missing attested degree on the final day ends the attempt before it starts. Apply today, while the form is a task and not a rescue mission.
