Autism Centre jobs are open in Lahore. In a quiet street in Township, Lahore, there is a school where a child’s whole day is built around how his mind works, not how a timetable wishes it worked. The Maryam Nawaz School and Resource Centre for Autism is hiring the people who build those days, and the salaries say the province means it this time.
Eleven posts across seven specialist roles are open, from an occupational therapist at Rs 220,000 a month down to the receptionists who will be the centre’s first hello. The last date is November 6. If your degree says therapy, psychology or rehabilitation and your heart has been quietly looking for work that matters, read this one slowly.

- School Counsellor: 1 post, Rs 100,000 a month.
- Life Skills Coach: 2 posts, Rs 100,000 a month.
- Music Therapist: 1 post, Rs 100,000 a month.

All posts are on a three year contract, extendable on performance. Do not confuse this hiring with the freelancing trainer posts run by the same department; those are covered separately in our Khud Mukhtar Program jobs guide. Teaching hopefuls can also compare the classroom hiring in our STI jobs guide.

Who Can Apply for Autism Centre Jobs
These are specialist chairs and the ad reads like it. The Occupational Therapist posts want a BS or MS in Occupational Therapy or Rehabilitation from an HEC recognised institution, with registration, and five years of pediatric occupational therapy experience with autism. The School Counsellor needs a BS in Applied, Behaviour or Educational Psychology with five years of special needs counselling.
Life Skills Coaches come from OT or Rehabilitation Sciences with five years behind them. The Music Therapist is the gentler door: a graduate degree with three years of experience. The AAC Specialist needs a BS in Speech and Language Therapy or Pathology, registered, with five years of practice. Receptionists need a BS in Public Relations, Social Sciences or Sociology with two years of experience.
Age Windows
Age windows run 25 to 40 for most therapy posts, 25 to 35 for Life Skills Coach, and 21 to 30 for Receptionist, with relaxation already included in the advertisement.

How to Apply Online
Applications are online only, through the Punjab Job Portal. For questions the centre itself lists its official email, care@autism.punjab.gov.pk, and phone numbers 042-99332395 and 042-99332396. Use those, not a middleman; specialist hiring attracts exactly the kind of confident fraud who knows the vocabulary and none of the work.
The Work Behind the Numbers
A salary table cannot tell you what a sensory integration session looks like at 9 in the morning, or what it costs a therapist to earn one non verbal child’s trust over a school term. Apply for the pay if you must. Stay for the children, or do not apply at all; they will know the difference before your first month ends.
