PEIMA Jobs and the Six Posts
All six posts are contract based, all are in Lahore, and each carries exactly one seat:
- Director (HR and Admin), Director (Academics and Research), Director (Monitoring and Evaluation), and Director (Partnership and Collaboration): pay ceiling Rs 750,000 a month, age 35 to 55.
- Chief Audit Officer: Rs 350,000 a month, age 30 to 45.
- Assistant Director (Training and QAT): Rs 225,000 a month, age 25 to 35.

Who Fits These Chairs
The Director posts ask for at least 16 years of education and ten years of post qualification experience, including three years at a senior level; an MPhil or PhD is preferred. Read that bar honestly. These are not entry doors dressed up in big numbers; they are the top of a ladder, and the shortlist will behave like it. The Chief Audit Officer needs five years of relevant experience, and the Assistant Director post three.
The Money, Stated Honestly
One caution on the money, because headlines will not give it to you. Rs 750,000 is the advertised ceiling of the lump sum package, the top of the range the portal shows, not a promised first salary. Negotiate from your record, not from the advertisement.

Government employees apply through the proper channel with an NOC. Only shortlisted candidates are called for a written test or interview.
